Dec 2018 Local Christmas fun

Dec 2018
A reindeer!

Friends getting sprayed with ice carving!

Worthington Tree Lighting.

Another awesome date night! We had a progressive dinner in Grandview and then I relived my high school/college days through a Dave Matthews concert.

Family dinner date at Blaze.

Snowflake Castle toy making with a local elf.

Painting her wooden train she and the elf just made!

Waiting to see Santa.

Elena didn't want anything to do with Santa or the Mrs.

We visited the Westerville Cantzlers' after the Snowflake Castle. Kai LOVES his trains!

Beautiful late autumn day to visit the park!

All smiles, even after she dunked her foot in the river...oops.

Columbus State Choir concert at the Columbus Museum of Art.

Creating with legos.

Clouds on the windows at CMoA.

Franklin Park Conservatory Aglow!

Elena's second dentist appointment. No cavities!

We got our Christmas tree up!

Jamming at the indoor farmer's market play area.

Its that time of year again, Christmas cookie time.

Ginger snaps.

Elena's first play, Snow Day.

We payed a visit to Daddy at work.

We also visited with Grandma Carol post knee surgery (hopefully her LAST).

Columbus Zoo Lights with neighbors and friends.

More friends at the Zoo, Ruby and Leona.

Ms Patricia, Elena, Maria and Carl performing their mini Christmas concert at Spanish Preschool.

Kenyon friends before Holiday break.

I've become so intrigued with the visitors at our bird feeders. Here are a few Eastern Bluebirds.

A hairy woodpecker at our feeder.

Christmas Eve Eve hike at Rockbridge State Preserve.

Checking in with her REI hiking activity book.

All smiles.

The rockbridge.

Somebody got a little worn out at the end. Its much easier to be lugged out to the woods than to use her almost 4 year old legs...Daddy to the rescue!

The day Elena swore up and down her cousin Weston was on TV!?! Turns out it was Mark Wahlberg.

Merry Christmas!

Christmas morning feast, complete with monkey bread by Ryan :)

The gift that keeps giving, parsley. Still harvesting in late December!
