Its back to reality and back to Ohio. We decided juggling both our ER schedules was too much for this little family. Thankfully, I am able to cut down my work schedule significantly. I will be contingent in the ER and will work 1-2 days per week starting in September at Kenyon College Student Health Center. It will be a much more consistent schedule for us and make child care easier.

I think the munchkin is pleased.
