May 20-31 Hocking Hike with Jake and Memorial Weekend

May 20-31, 2016

We went back down to Hocking Hills for another hike, this time we took my cousin Jake along. These butterflies were everywhere.

A nice reflection.

Last time we hiked, a man we met gave us directions on how to find this unmarked waterfall. It was pristine and beautiful.

Elena was not so into hiking this morning, but after a good lunch, she was back on her game. I get it, food face is never good...

Practicing steps.

My hiking partner for 13 years now.

This face!

Family pic.

More stair climbing at Old Man's Cave.

What's a hike without getting a little wet?!?

Somebody was worn out after all the activity :)

Chicken wings with Daddy! Yum. Happy 40th to Ryan.

Playing in her new tunnel.

My gardening helper.

All of the sudden, it is hot and we are playing in the sprinkler today.

Getting use out of our pool pass already (every day this Memorial weekend).

On our way to Fourth Friday in Westerville to meet up with cousin Everly, Kevin and Lindsay.

A beautiful poppy.

The Indiana Cantzlers are here!

Worthington Memorial Day parade fun.

More pool time in the front yard this time.

This girl is always multi-tasking!

A visit from Ken and Carol on their way back from Florida. We are celebrating Ken's birthday late and Ryan's birthday early!

Mother's Day morning! Getting better at the spoon skills :) Sort of.

We went down to Hocking Hills for Mother's Day and spent the day hiking. We topped it off with a visit to a winery--and they were giving away free chocolate to moms!

Ash Cave.

Playing peek-a-boo, where's Elena?

Playing in the creek at Highbanks Metro Park.

This looks like a good resting spot.
