Our first solo road trip was to nurses' afternoon at Jim and Kim's in Flat Rock, MI. My nursing buddies group has changed from late night shenanigans to after nap time and before bedtime gatherings. Oh how times have changed. Here are our 15 kids! And there are twins on the way...
Nothing like a good stretch!
Snoozing on my chest. Being 9 weeks is very tiring!
Seriously is winter over yet? My pansies are not pleased...
A lot of 46's.
My mom and dad made another trip to visit Elena (and Ryan and I). She is all smiles after her nap greeting Grandma and Grandpa Parak.
Another quick trip to Hayden Run Falls. The flow is not quite as impressive as our last visit, but still pretty cool this is in the middle of Columbus.
Hoping to spark Elena's love of nature, like her mommy and daddy!
One of many books we like to read.
More play yard fun. Elena is officially too big, especially too long for her newborn clothes these days. She is now sporting 0-3 mos or 3 mos clothes.
It feels like spring one day, then back to winter the next. We are getting psyched for our upcoming Florida trip :)
We are out on a nice Easter walk and trying out our ergo baby carrier.
Sean and Nicole and their family came down to Columbus over their kids' spring break to visit the new babies. Mady is giving her little sis Carmen a little mini golf lesson.
Family mini golf challenge. Elena decided to nap during golf and wake up as I finished the 18th hole. How kind of her!
Lindsay and sweet Everly.
Cousin-palooza. One day these girls who are 1 month apart will acknowledge each other ;)
Mady and Carmen getting to know Elena.
Signs that spring is in the air.
My lenten roses are in full bloom.
Bright green grass and tulips making their way through the ground. Lots of April showers going on here!
